Northwest Urgent Care

I went for a lump in the breast, potentially serious but fortunately turned out to not be). I was handed a work order for imaging. I told the Dr (Jessica Holoskie) where I go for imaging. When I called the imaging place the next day they had not received any FAX from NW Urgent Care. As has happened before with this Urgent Care, the Dr's are so temporary or sporadic that I was told Dr Holoskie "won't be here again for several weeks" and "only she can send the order". I ended up having to drive to the Imaging center and physically hand them the order! After my imaging, I was given the diagnosis the same day. However, it took over a month (!!) for NW urgent Care to send me an email that Dr Holoskie had posted my results. This is inexcusable. Anyway, I just checked in (logged in) to their portal and under "Test Results" the imaging results are still not there ("No test results found"), even though they have sent me the link twice! What a negligent Urgent Care. Don't go there!
