If you have insurance of any kind GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! My last visit was with Courtney Rhodes who replaced Dr Markowitz(he was the best) I'm 73 yrs old n use a walker due to a paralyzed leg have severe fibromyalgia n live with a lot of pain, I've been taking 4 tramadol a day for yrs now n Courtney Rhodes comes in n she has 2 security guards outside the door while she's telling me that I can't have my pain meds anymore n she's going to taper me off?? She never examined me but acted more like a probation officer than an NP! Treating me like a drug addict criminal instead of a patient! n telling me that the rest of el Rio doesn't act like Dr Markowitz! He was the best! I've been feeding el Rio my insurance money for yrs now, people remember you are the customer you pay them n they wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for us customers! Like I said don't waste your time here if you have insurance!
