Complete lack of professionalism
The initial intake was very good, had my colonoscopy. Got dressed and was told to wait in another room, the Dr will be in to debrief my procedure in a few minutes. Waited and waited, was told he was on the phone and will be right in. 15-20 min later, I watched him walk away and go do another procedure. The staff walked me out.. WITH 3 ekg electrodes still on... Am calling Tricare to report this utter lack of professionalism and service.

Excellent experience at Swan Gastro
I was scheduled for a routine colonoscopy and, beginning with my initial visit with Dr Deeb through my procedure, I was treated by the caring, respectful professional staff. The on-site surgery center is very comfortable and feels just like a small hospital. Everyone from the RN receptionist to the team of nurses who handles my prep, to the doctor who spoke to me about the anesthesia, to Dr Deeb asking me what I thought of the prep (the best ever), to the nurse and Dr Deeb telling me the results, all were professional and clearly explained everything to me. I enthusiastically recommend this practice for any gastrointestinal issues that may be needed.
