Dr de Leoni is very detail oriented
My experience with Dr de Leonni has been positive (faint spells). I find her very detailed oriented and that is what I want a doctor to be. Maybe not everybody gets along with her, but you want the best treatment possible.

I recently moved back to Maryland, but Dr. Leonni was my neurologist in when I lived in Casa Grande. I found her very thorough and felt I was in good hands. Yes, she is strong character, but she sure knows her stuff. - Gerry

I give Dr de Leonni five stars all the way. I was very nervous for my nerve study, but Dr. Leonni put me at ease and I felt quite comfortable. The tests did not hurt at all and she explained everything. She developed a care plan and also referred me to another doctor for something else. – Brenna M

I got great care for migraine
I saw that there are some critical reviews about dr de leonni. All I can say is that when I lived in Tucson, she provided great care for my migraine and intractable headaches. Once you get to know her, she is one of the most, if not the most, empathetic doctors.

Dr Leonni managed my care right
I find Dr. de Leonni brilliant and kind person She is very careful and thorough in her examinations. She helped me with my whiplash injury that resulted (herniated disc and myelopathy). I needed disc replacement surgery but the neurological symptoms got worse. Dr. Leonni did nerve testing, ordered imaging, and wrote referrals to neurosurgeons. I know that she made the right decisions for my medical care.

She resolved my TMJ pain
After five years, my headaches are finally resolved. Dr Leonni Stanonik resolved my headaches and TMJ pain that I had been treated for unsuccessfully by different doctors for half of my adult life. I am really happy about this.

Dr Leonni Stanonik was the first to take interest
In general, I do not go to the doctor unless I absolutely have to. And then I prefer the most minimal treatment possible. However, recently I have been dealing with health problems that have affected my life. I have been to the ER and seen specialists doctors. They prescribed many drugs with no answers and little help. One doctor spent five minutes with me without even looking at my medical history, and his only treatment was to try a new medication. I left many appointments quite depressed. But then I saw Dr. Leonni Stanonik. She was the first to really take an interest.

Dr Leonni is profession and very firm
I was referred to Dr Leonni from a friend for the treatment of my migraines. I was pleasantly surprised at how professional Dr Leonni is (but she is very firm when she tells you something, you better do what she says). The office is clean and beautiful. I highly recommend her as a Physician.

Dr Mateja de Leonni Stanonik is one of the best
Dr Mateja de Leonni Stanonik is one of the best doctors I have ever met. I suffer from migraine pain that has been difficult to deal with. Dr. Leonni spent time with me from the first visit and even called me several times discuss my care. Her devotion to patient care admirable. There is no neurologist that I would prefer. She even had my MRI results reread, no other doctor ever did that. I don’t case what other patients wrote in their review, I just rely on my own experience.

Finally getting proper care for TBI
Dr. Stanonik is and has been most caring I have searched for years for a neurologist who will take the time and have the interest in my particular issues, resulting from a TBI from an accident at work. Since then I have struggled with dizziness, migraines, and balance challenges. I feel that Dr. Stanonik’s care these matters are controlled as best as possible. - Peter L

Properly diagnosed epilepsy
I have been dealing with epilepsy for years. She is the first doctor who really took the effort to make sure we caught a seizure so we can properly diagnose the type of seizure for the best possible treatment. Most doctors in the past just said as long as I wasn't having seizures we should just continue treatment as always. I finally know the exact type of seizures I have and since. Since I will have them for life it is helpful in planning how to treat and understand my condition long-term.

Dr Leonni is great
Dr. Leonni is great. She has managed my care perfectly with concern and knowledge of neurological issues. Not hard to get appointment. And if you have an issue that needs to be addressed immediately they will make sure you are seen. She will also inquire about other health issues that might affect the neurological issues. Highly recommend.

My neurologist for almost 5 years
Dr. Leonni has been my neurologist for almost 5 years. I am willing to drive the distance to see her. She is a good listener and a caring physician, always treats me with respect. Parking is also convenient. I recommend Dr. Leonni.
