Billing
I received a bill and when questioning it, I was told the computer doesn't make mistakes.My thought was, well that is a dumb response because of course the 'computer' is not going to make a mistake, but you lady can and that was what I was asking help on. I should have been given a detailed statement od services.I haven't paid my bill because I would like to view and pay online, however THAT is not an option given to me. Still waiting...and then the bill is different from the last statement bill, this time they added a current bill and date, yet the bill owing is still the same amount. Hmmm!
