What made matters worse was Carmen's dismissive attitude and hostility towards me. She made it clear that I was not welcome to receive treatment at the office and even threatened to involve security and law enforcement. This behavior was completely uncalled for and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.While the rest of the front desk team remained composed, Carmen's actions overshadowed their professionalism. In any other office setting, a coordinator would typically remind patients of necessary documents prior to their appointment. Unfortunately, this basic courtesy was not extended to me.
