Medical Care Good, Check-out experience NOT

The medical care seems fine in terms of thoroughness and degree of my concerns, HOWEVER, I found the check-out experience impatient, rude and unprofessional. I needed to make three appointments and the lack of clear communication had me confused. The person I was dealing with responded with derision and sarcasm implying the lack of clarity was totally on me. One result was my having to pay out of pocket for a procedure that insurance did not cover. I might have thought twice about it had the message not been lost in the 'noise.'

Awful Administrative System and Unhelpful Doctors

It took 4 different phone calls and a visit in person for them to finally change my insurance on file. Every time they assured me it was taken care of, the next time it was back to the old one. I left multiple messages to my doctor about getting on the medication he recommended, it took months for him to respond and prescribe them. They also have me on file as a man, even after I have been in person and explained that I am in fact a woman. Overall, terrible management and it's not worth the months long wait between appointments for sub-par care.
