Staff great, until you ask too many questions or decline extra services specifically Invisalign. Then they are condescending, rude and unhelpful. My child needed a filling. Not only would they not allow me to be present, didn't show me the x-rays, the Dentist wouldn't talk to me about the filling afterwards, she became unavailable. Of course the dentist isn't doing the actual procedures. She starts procedures then hands off to the assistants to complete. Which you don't know until you are in the chair with your tooth exposed. When you are paying top dollar, here you will, I expect the actual dentist to be the primary care giver. Some of the staff is very pleasant but her assistant adjacent to the front desk becomes very animated with exasperation even confrontational when questions are asked. I was told no after care was necessary. When my child experienced pain, I used the internet to advise how best to alleviate this common aftereffect. Parking is sparse as staff fills spaces.
