Heartbroken
I came in to get a TB test and had an appointment at 6 p.m. on a Mon.On that day, the front desk staff and medical assistant who took my vitals were outstanding, but my dissatisfaction is caused by the long wait time in the patient’s room. I was not going to see the doctor and just paid to get a TB test out of pocket. I was not seen by the nurse until 6:55 even though I arrived at 5:50.I waited 55 minutes in the patient’s room. Once the nurse entered the room, she administered the TB test and told me to return on Wed pm or Thurs.I returned on Wed pm at5:45 p.m.I called one hour prior to my arrival from out of town, since I live one hour away.I wanted to ask of I needed an appointment to make sure I didn’t have to wait a long time a second time.Upon arrival, I was told that I could’t have m my TB test read until 6:40 because that was the time that I had it administered on Monday. I understood that I had to wait over one hour in the waiting room. I was disappointed that I was not infor
