The staff and doctors seem professional, however the wait time was inconvenient. My time is valuable and I personally would rather not wait for over an hour to be seen.

This time there was no waiting. The nurse that did my procedure was as sweet as she could be. She did everything to make me comfortable.

Dr. Aggarwal is a great doctor. He literally saved my life. When I needed open heart surgery, he was on it! Dr. Aggarwal is patient, compassionate, humble, hard working and accessible. When I see him for my annual echo, he always gives me all the time I need to ask questions or discuss any concerns. Dr. Aggarwal never rushes his time with me and if I don't understand something, he is kind in explaining something in terms that I can understand. Dr. Aggarwal will remain my cardiologist for as long as I'm alive or he is alive!

Knowledge, approachability and understanding of my health record

Very happy overall for my first visit. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the wait time. Dr. Aggarwall came highly recommended by people I trust who know the doctors.

Dr. Aggarwal was quite thorough, but sometimes difficult to understand. He also came across as distant and not empathetic. Finally, he spent as much time drilling in office policies and the need not to waste his and his staff's time by not answering and returning calls, or by missing appointments as discussing patient's symptoms and possible next steps. He does seem to be quite knowledgeable overall, and the staff seemed friendly and helpful.

It was a pleasure to be seen by Dr Aggarwal’s Team. I have every confidence in their ability and care. They answered my questions, everyone was professional, and they were kind. I highly recommend them.

Both the PA and nurse assistant were very nice and helpful. They made me feel very at ease. My only thing I will mention was they told me to arrive 15 min early at 7:45 and I did, but they weren’t open until 8. So I waited in the car by the time they opened the door a minute late, several people had gathered outside and went in before me so I had to wait to check in and didn’t go in for my appointment until 35 min passed my scheduled time. I think it might be helpful to at least have a sign in sheet on the door. Or not schedule so many right at 8. Overall a good experience though.

From the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Aggarwal, everyone was super nice and very accommodating and concerned for my particular problems. I will definitely encourage others to go see Dr. Aggarwal.

Everyone is kind. Dr. Aggarwal has a kind and humble spirit. There’s a B/P cuff in the waiting room for self-use, and digital patient education on the wall in the waiting room. That speaks to values, because those things cost money. There are cheerful and inspirational plaques on the wall. Even the magazine rack is well organized with this month’s copy of popular magazines. The office is well organized with everyone knowing their job. The wait times could be improved although once I was called back, I didn’t begrudge the time bc of overall excellence.

Dr. Aggarwal always has such a pleasant demeanor. He always makes me feel very comfortable to speak with.

Everyone I am in contact with- from the receptionists to the doctors- are professional and welcoming.

Office staff are attentive, friendly and efficient. Dr. Aggerwall is knowledgeable, listens intently and made for a great experience.

Average wait time in the lobby. Had free coffee and water available. Staff was friendly enough and I liked the doctor. Had to listen closely until I get used to the accent - he explained my issue and what the plan of action would be going forward

Technician was fantastic and the doctor took time to meet with me when the stress test was completed. Great experience.

NP Was KNOWLEDGEABLE, and listened to any questions I might have, carefully went over medications.
