Dr. Zwahlen is awesome and after he repair my right shoulder I really don’t want to have another doctor work on my left shoulder except for him. But the office staff/Manager is terrible Cheaka is the most incompetent manager I have ever dealt with. We send paperwork that has to be filled out for insurance coverage and it takes 7 to 10 days to get it back and I’m only talking about one page. So if your looking for awesome surgeon Dr. Zwahlen is the man but if you need anything done that requires the office to help with good luck. There are so many reviews saying the same thing doctors in this office are some of the best in there fields but the office is just rude and incompetent in their jobs. And any good office always starts with the managers at the top.
