Does not care about patients
This healthcare provider is a prime example of one that is only in it to make money. They do not actually care about their patients. Was supposed to have a procedure done, they never bothered to get approval from the insurance company. When the prescription they requested was not approved by the insurance company, they refused to even offer any other prescription options. I ended up just canceling the procedure and going somewhere else. It’s surprising that there are actual healthcare providers who care about their patients and will work with them and their insurance companies.
