This office seems like it has nice staff but they are actually incredibly inconsiderate. There was a fire drill during my appointment & we had to exit the building. My appointment was cut short and they didn’t finish my appointment after the drill, they just went about other patients. The info I needed to ensure my labs would be covered by ins. was not provided even after calling multiple times & being put on hold, I was told the NP would call me back as soon as they were done with another patient. They didn’t. They in fact went on a 2 hr lunch and told me they would call me back within 24 hrs (the standard wait time for call backs). Mind you they knew I had been fasting for 12 hrs and I couldn’t come back another day. They had no problem charging me and my insurance for a 5 min appointment though. Never coming back to this office.
