I have been a patient for way longer than I ever should have been. With how horrible the front office staff is I am shocked nobody had sued them yet. Need a medication? Well it'll take about a week from the time you call it in for it to be sent to the pharmacy then it might be incorrect and take an additional week to get put in correctly. God forbid you have a controlled medication that cant be called in early because they you can be sure you will NEVER get it filled before you are out. I have been on the exact same medication for 10 years and they have only called it in correctly maybe 30% of the time. have dealt with withdrawals from my medication multiple times because of their poor management. Thanks for nothing.

The front desk and the receptionists are horrible. They are rude and they do NOT care about the patient. In the past I had to call them numerous times for prescriptions, they say they take a note and most of the times those notes never make it to the doctor. Yesterday, I had a Telehealth appointment with Dr. Allen which he called 2.5 hrs later than the appointment (no apologies). He is a good doctor but he forgot to call in the pharmacy with the prescription order. I called Dr. Allen's office twice this morning. No Rx put in the system. His front desk took a message but she said Dr. Allen only works on Rx later in the day. Why? Deal with the Rx as they come in and tell your receptionist to call the patient when the Rx is sent in! How difficult is that. Well, I am out of my Rx for at least another day. I do not even know if Dr Allen will get my message or even remember to send in my Rx. This office is a total mess.
