Apparently, the Neurology Center does not have a billing code for trying to be helpful. They do not answer their telephone, return calls, or reply to emails. They will not give you an appointment within a reasonable time, and cancel appointments at will. Doctors seem to have no interest in your needs or problems, they are just there to 'sell' their particular product or service (whether you need it or not - particularly if you are a senior and 'don't know any better'). If possible, I will never go there again, for cognitive issues, neuropathy, or any other matters.
