Dirty offices. Only takes cash or check, no HSA,FSA, credit or ATM cards. Did a painful biopsy and didn't send tissue to lab for results. Lied about it. Scheduled DNC but I canceled. Asked for copy of my file and it did not indicate she did the biopsy. Works alone so she has no one to discuss cases with. Yelled at her staff in front of me. Fiind someone else.
