Forms are completely redundant
Before my first visit I was required to fill out 20 pages of medical history and hand them in to the office staff upon arrival. I was subsequently then handed an additional 6 pages, mostly inclusive of the original 20 pages to fill out. Each visit is the same level of shameful redundancy requiring the very same 6 pages of info that nobody reads. Killing trees!!!!

Nothing went well.
I took a Alprazalam pill while on the way to celebrate my birthday. The pills were my RX. I got a call that my daughter had passed away suddenly to a brain aneurism. When this came back on my urine test he refused to discuss it and would not fill my meds. Just refused to return my calls. I thought doctors were supposed to care.

Hateful office staff beware! Redding office pure e
Office staff is very nasty towards patients. Frequently messing up with the schedule, not getting medication sent to the pharmacy on time. You call and ask for a certain provider that you feel comfortable with treating you cause he's been working with you and because you don't want to work with another you can hear office staff telling you as the patient get over it and basically the middle finger. Dr Lipman is amazing and kind. He really needs to find staff that care especially when it comes to pain management cause we are already at our low and the staff treats you like trash. So many times now I am finding a new provider in a new office that treats patients with respect and dignity. Avoid at all cost Redding office is the worse never again. Thank God I dont have to deal with them anymore

Office staff is lazy, rude, never calls back, treats patients like they're beneath them. They have proven on many occasions the staff cares about paychecks and not patient care. They have lost orders from my other Dr requesting a treatment. They blamed it on the other Dr not sending it. They did receive it, my ordering Dr had confirmation. Lying so they look good is a regular occurrence. The Dr's are wonderful. Too bad they have hired people who have absolutely no business working with patients.

I wanted to post about them and started reading reviews and came across one that I thought I had written. It rang so true with me that I am using it because it mirrors my experience with them. "-The office staff is a joke. -they do not pick up their phones -told me they are very busy -the answering service sends emails to them but they do not alway get them/do not return calls -they lose records or do not have them when you come in -mix up dates for appointments when scheduling -send ot letters with your plan but nothing is listed for the plan -they seem to be doing lots of things/tests that do not connect to your plan -seems that their main objective is doing things that generate income -their seems to be no comprehensive plan communicated to the patient -the medical staff seems to be able to do their jobs but the office staff is in need of customer servie skills, efficiency training and common sence" It has been over a year and I have seen no improvement
