Regardless if it's on the phone or in person the front office staff is nothing but rude, uncompassionate, non empathetic and have no customer service or communication skills whatsoever! It is astonishing to me that this doctor's office can allow for their front office to consistently treat people like a burden versus a patient and it was to my understanding if you don't have any patience then you don't need office stuff and that they don't get paychecks but I guess that's not how it works anymore. Or at least that is how staff will treat you. There's no continuity of care the lack any type of follow-up to make sure everything was done if you have Labs ordered or if you have a specialist referral going out. I have been waiting a year for mine. With consistent reminders to the doctor's office. And the doctors are no better really because they will downplay any type of symptom that you may come with and act like will they know more than you do yet lack the ability to know how you feel.
