My wife has had a horrible experience with WSFC. On the second cycle of her shots, all of her shots were given as instructed and had the ultrasound following up on a Friday. After the Ultrasound she was told she was going to get a call back from the Ultrasound tech and never did even after she called back before the office closed to confirm someone would call her. She NEVER received a call. That evening she had to call the exchange for the office and was on hold for a long time before again waiting for a call from someone at the office. She was contacted by the NP and told her information was in her MYchart and she could get it there. It was never "shared" or uploaded in MYchart and my wife explained to her the situation that happened earlier that day. IF SHE DID NOT CALL HERSELF she would have missed out on a month of treatment/shots. Had a wonderful experience at this place. We all know infertility can be a very emotional experience and this dr office was supportive, informative, and constantly worked to improve and adjust what we were doing for each cycle. We achieved our pregnancy and graduated to our OB. They are very accommodating in making schedules, very friendly, my nurse/ultrasound tech Violet brightened my day and truly cared about my success. Dr Sueldo was the same as well. Highly recommend!
