Sutter Health Doctor Nga T Nguyen
Me & my Spouse visited Sutter Health Elk Grove location, in November 2023 for Routine Physical exam which our plan pays 100% and Deductible Waived. We informed the Doctor Nga T Nguyen at Sutter Health Elk Grove location, and shown the plan information that Please order only those labs and procedures which are part of preventive and we don't need to pay anything as part oud deductible. But Sutter charged us wrongly as a PCP Visit instead of Routine Physical exam.It was surprised to see a SHOCKING BILL OF $3095 for both of us, for just Preventive Health exam. They cheated us considered our visit as a Regular Visit and charged with a Huge Bill.Please BEWARE and think Thousand times before visiting them and SAVE YOUR HARD EANRD MONEY.
