Very professional organization. Punctual, organized, efficient. Both Dr. Yokoyama and Dr. Bembay are very sharp. This is the go-to place for the North County when seeking periodontic care or dental implants.

I recently had a gum graft performed by Dr. Bembey and she did a great job. She took time to explain the procedure and answer all my questions so I was comfortable. During the procedure, she kept me apprised of everything that was happening and was very careful and efficient. She was never rushed and always made me feel like I was her #1 concern. She even called me at home on the evening of my procedure to check in on me and make sure I was doing okay. A true professional and genuinely kind person that excels at what she does.

Due to the meds I must take, my gums have suffered recession. As a result, I am required have regular periodontal work to enure that my gums are healthy and i retain my teeth. The doctors at this practice are exemplary as they are holistic in their approach. They are very cognizant of the meds I take and any interaction with a temporary med they prescribe. The entire staff is professional and empathetic. In addition, they have prescribed a mouth-rinse to further assist in maintaining healthy gums and to protect my teeth.

Dr. Yokoyama was an answer to prayer. I learned about him through various internet searches and determined his expertise was what I needed. I had a badly infected jaw and needed two implants. It took several appointments but he completely eradicated the bone infection, performed a successful graft and installed two very secure implants. His methods are effective. He was considerate of my concerns and very gentle (as gentle as he could be). His assistant (sorry can't remember her name) was so calming and kind. I'm very happy with the office staff as well. They saw me in a timely manner also. I highly recommend Dr. Yokoyama for any periodontal work.
