Blown away!
I'm extremely happy and blown away by today's visit. I've never in my 47 years have had such a smooth Dr's visit. Dr Chiang was amazing. He sat and listened to all my questions and concerns. Never once made me feel like we were in a rush. Answered all my questions and we came up with a plan that I was happy with. His team at this location was superb. Checking in went smooth and fast, and I was seen quickly, especially for coming in an hour early. I believe her name is Summer Hughes, but she was an all star. I was having log in issues with my Ipledge, and she was on it and gave them a call and had everything fixed and figured out within 15 minutes after my visit. This Dr and team is the best hands down in all aspects. Couldn't be happier.
