Dr. Singh has a wonderful, professional and caring attitude. He came and talked to my husband and I before my procedure and immediately after, which really surprised me.He has told me to call the office if I had any issues and he would see me before my return appt. I called about a month after, cuz I was having issues and was told he was booked and I would have to wait until my scheduled appt.i ask if a message could be relayed, but haven't heard NOTHING.what type of office wouldn't take a message,especially after I was told to call. NO ONE makes notes in pt charts, do no one knows what's going on. We'll see what happens at my next appointment. Not real competent office staff. After my follow up, I'm going to contact Sante' and let them know how the office is run, cuz I'm sure that Dr. Singh has mo idea. They need a REAL office manager. My husband has been waiting for some med for a serious condition over 3 weeks, the excuse was. 'We faxed it'! What type of response is that?
