I love Dr Dhillon but his front office staff make me want to go somewhere else. Appointments get rescheduled constantly. I used to at least receive phone calls notifying me I needed to reschedule. I had an appointment today. The last communication I received from his office was a text confirming my appointment. I walk in to check in (we live 45 minutes away) and the girl at the desk tells me she doesn't have me on the schedule. I said that's odd, I didn't receive a call my appointment had changed. She said it was noted they called and needed my new insurance information. I said would you like to see my phone? There's no missed calls. When you call, do you leave messages or just hang up. She kept smirking and saying I needed to reschedule. I will never drive all the way here until I've called that day and confirmed I'm still on the schedule.
