My dad has been seeing NP Jieun Shin for several years now. She's been very attentive to the health concerns that have come up in the past few years with my dad. For each condition, she has referred him out to specialists to address the concerns and is very knowledgable about many of the concerns I've addressed in the past few years. What I appreciate most is she has provided individualized care and approaches each patient from a medical perspective as well as family perspective. She approaches each situation with the best interest of the patient and is very mindful of explaining things in a way that is relatable.
