I am extremely disappointed with the office staff, the NP, and Dr. Combs who I was scheduled to see.I was never informed I would be meeting with an NP that has absolutely no knowledge of my condition. Had I been properly informed I would have declined speaking with him.I was told by the NP that my kidney function is near failure. I was told by one of the office staff that my results would be emailed to me but sure enough all I received was a blank report.This is not the first time I have requested results and have received nothing.I am disappointed that I was passed along by Doctor Combs to see an NP who could not answer my questions especially considering the results of my test were critical to my overall health.I have been going to Dr. Combs for many years but after being treated like a second hand citizen here I will be going elsewhere.Whoever runs this medical practice needs to be aware of the gaps of care and lack of care.
