1. The bed was very uncomfortable and cheap-feeling and the blanket was very thin and scratchy. Even after using 5 blankets I was still freezing cold. I asked if they could turn the temperature up and they said no. As a result, I got 5 hours of broken sleep that they said is enough to base their results on.2.
