Insurance company restructure

The two new front desk personnel were stone faced and cold. Information that had previously been given for 7 years was now required to be given again. The new assistant for my doctor was brief and rushed. My doctor, whom I have always had a wonderful relationship with, was now also rushed as was the entire visit that was supposed to be my yearly one. ?
