POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'll start off by saying my initial x-ray and consult went well. My treatment went fine as scheduled but then I ran into major problems with getting an occlusal guard made and that's when things went horribly wrong. I had to repeatedly go in person to the office - three times to get the impressions done and they still could not get it right. Dr. Toosi who could not make the dental guard work for me but still sent me home with a poorly fitted night guard because I just had to "try it out". Phone calls and email messages went ignored by Zak Dental. Tabitha was unprofessional when I confronted her about not taking the time to address my needs and Sandra at the front office was not helpful once I started to have issues. Gina my treatment specialist was nice at first but also ignored my phone and email messages once I started to have problems. I do not recommend this place.
