I have taken my daughter to get dermatologyst treatment for quite a while already and she is always seen by the doctor on time, we never wait long, the stuff is helpful and courteous.

Jephryn Lee provided me with excellent patient care and was very knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and was very helpful with my skin treatments. Yoselin was very helpful and gave me excellent patient care with my sister’s insurance and setting up an appointment for us on the phone and in person. Thank you.

The staff are so nice and helpful. They answer all your questions. And the procedure was real quick and easy. TYSM ! EVERYONE !

Kacie Kline was incredibly informative when discussing several options and prescriptions to assist me with my dandruff, hyperpigmentation, acne, and other dermatology concerns. She was efficient, helpful, and very very quick. I really appreciated my appointment and time with her, and look forward to getting a biposy before getting my mole removed. Specially i went to meet a Dermatologist doctor. Every staffs and Doctor was good except front desk security with uniform at 10 am on 2nd January, 2025, he didn’t give me to use ground floor restroomIt was very disrespectful. So Authorities should give proper consideration to the front desk security .Thanks

Front office women were eating and using profanity which could be heard throughout the waiting room. Wait was short. The female doctor didn't reply to my greeting. She was cold, reserved and stoic. I felt she did not want to foster a patient-doctor relationship. I was basically just told take this and that with barely any informed-risk. Turns out one med she prescribed is bad for one of my organs. There was no trying to find the roots cause. Just treating the symptoms. Not sure if I will continue with the same doctor or switch. The whole visit just left a bad taste in my mouth.

I have been a patient of Dr.Ho for over 10 years and am always confident in the diagnosis & treatment I receive. The transition to the new physicians has also been the same. They take good care of me and explain clearly what procedure they are doing and why. Always very professional.

I’ve seen many dermatologists over the years who’ve had no issue giving me recommended skincare as part of my visit (my insurance plan covers this type of preventative care.) This new young dermatologist I saw today categorized all my questions as out of pocket cosmetic questions and felt reluctant to provide me care. I felt like I was in a car dealership. Poor bedside manner. She also threw shade at my PCP for giving me a referral to a dermatologist. Unprofessional. I left my appt early, disappointed that I wasted my time and canceled my follow up appt for a skin treatment to find a dermatologist who has more concern for patients than pressing them for out-of-pocket consults.

Such an upsetting experience! I was previously seen here a couple years ago and returned for the same reason, but was turned away after 5 minutes this time. I was told they can’t see me and didn’t even offer any recommendations, but they sure charged me 150 dollars for the consultation. The doctor, a women, was extremely rude and didn’t bother to acknowledge me. She directed herself to the translator even though I was responding to her in English. It was very unprofessional and the level of care or rather lack of care was disheartening. I was seeking medical treatment and didn’t receive any, it is safe to say I will never return back here.

I recently visited Dr. Jephryn Lee for a mild lip burn and footnail fungus. While the doctor was polite, I was alarmed by the prescription I received for my lip burn.I was prescribed mupirocin 2% ointment, which I later discovered from my pharmacist and through my own research is not meant for burns, especially on sensitive areas like the lips. In fact, the medication's label explicitly warns against using it on burns. It's concerning that this was prescribed for a lip burn, especially considering the potential risks associated with using it on the face.While I appreciate the doctor's attempt to address my footnail fungus, I was prescribed the same medication that had been ineffective for me in the past.This experience has made me hesitant to recommend Dr. Lee. It's crucial for doctors to prioritize patient safety and thoroughly consider the appropriateness of medications, especially for sensitive areas like the face. In and out in 15 minutes and I didn’t even get to see the dermatologist. I was seen by a PA who did not diagnose my issue. They just slapped a script to my pharmacy and told me to come back in 3 weeks. Ugh. Thanks for the explanation…not.

There with my granddaughter. Short wait in very clean lobby. All were courteous and cheerful. Kacie Kline was remarkable, thorough, knowledgeable and informative, especially with the special needs of my child. Patiently listened to all my comments, concerns and responses, asked good questions. I was so impressed that she took into consideration the whole picture and not exclude other factors that were relevant as has been my experience. So she was able to assess and recommend what I felt was spot on. There wasn’t anything I would change or wish had been different. Felt very confident with her care of my child and easily recommend her and the office to others.

I was in and out so much quicker than expected for my first visit. Friendly staff and knowledgeable physicians.

Being on MediCal, I have stopped expecting much -- so I was really surprised at how great this was! My visit was with Kacie -- I was in and out in no time and yet felt totally cared for and heard, and got everything I wanted and needed!
