I waited 25 mins to check-in, after completing paperwork on line. I waited an additional 20 mins. after my imaging to schedule an appointment. I tried scheduling an appointment on line and that also does not work. System tried to schedule me at RadNet facilities 30 miles away, when there are three facilities with the necessary equipment closer than 5 miles away. Also, and worse, digital information is insecure. No user ID, no password, no two factor authentication required to access. I am writing from Southern California. Maybe it is better in other areas the company serves. Here I encountered several poorly or under-trained new employees.
