Poor administrative services
My son has been treated in the clinic for several years. The clinic administrative functions are terrible! They always demanded prepayments before any treatment or test but they were not helpful in the process of submitting the appropriate receipts and documents required by my dental insurance. They do not answer phone calls, or eave phone messages and emails. It took weeks to finally get documents and this was only after I contacted the dentist who directs the clinic several times.

Don’t. Just don’t.
The process was exceptionally painful and expensive. I have been trying to get a hold of anyone from the office for YEARS. I haven’t heard back from anyone, ever.
