It's always one issue after another with this office. My first visit, I was there for over three hours--actual doctor face-to-face time was about 20 minutes. They charge for every little thing on top of the copay (I had to pay out of pocket for a urine pregnancy test because they wouldn't let me leave without it). The doctor pushed birth control on me even when I told her that I've been on it before and had bad side effects. Took me about 6 months for my body to get used to it and then they refused to fill the prescription unless I went in for another appointment. After they rescheduled me several times, I cleared with my insurance that my doctor was in network but I would have a slightly higher copay based on the tier, but the receptionist refused saying they don't accept it. I ended up having to go through GoodRx for another year of refills. A week later, I get notified that my prescription was ready after saying they weren't going to refill it because I wasn't their patient anymore.
