My experience with Manhattan Dermatology was unfortunately marred by several recurring issues that significantly detracted from the quality of care. One of the most frustrating aspects was the repeated changes in appointment times, which occurred even when appointments were scheduled months in advance. These last-minute alterations caused inconvenience and disrupted my schedule, making it difficult to plan accordingly.Furthermore, the communication from the clinic to patients was consistently poor.
