If there was a rating of zero stars, I would have chosen it.I am the sister of my disabled brother who has MediCal (health plan of San Joaquin) and was assigned to this clinic for a primary care provider. I have been involved in my brothers care for years, at this time helping his wife who is quite a bit older and unable to manage his care.In March 2023,my brother suddenly became paralyzed by Guillain Barrè syndrome.He couldn’t stand or walk, and had lost his hand function.He needed a hospital bed, commode,wheelchair, help with building handicapped access to his home (a ramp) and MediCal coverage for these things was available WITH AN ORDER from the primary care provider.After my brothers initial primary care MD left the clinic suddenly, he was never reassigned another PCP - for months.I called and called and pleaded for someone to sign for this much needed DME,to no avail.A PA named Lori Doyle finally agreed to act as his PCP,but refused multiple times to sign for any much needed DME
