The dr was great, answered all of my questions and ordered a full work up. My insurance requires prior authorization for any services required and this is where my nightmare began. They informed me authorization could take a few weeks for the provided to approve, my experience with my provider so far has been 2 weeks max when submitted in a timely manner. The problem with this front office is they NEVER get anything done in a timely manner. 6 months later and I was still waiting around for test because my provider didn’t even have the request to approve. Be prepared to follow up daily for medications or test. To never get a call back and wait around weeks if not months for answers. I cannot begin to describe the ways this front office does not care for the well being of the patients.
