no phone service no help

This group in Murrieta is down-right scarry. The biggest problem is the front desk. they never answer the phone. If you need an appointment, to have a question answered, instructions, anything at all you call the phone tree. It will take you around a list but the trick is, if it actually picks up it takes you to an answering machine to leave a message, that will never be returned. Most likely the button you pick will just take you back to the ever-playing phone tree. The office is terrible. The Dr is OK. A bit arrogant but competent. I really don't have much experience with this group. I've only seen the Dr 2 times but I have had the unfortunate contact with the office staff.
