Dr. Kenneth Ross fantastic. Staff not so much.
I saw Dr. Kenneth Ross twice and was so happy to finally find a doctor that listened and didn't rush the appointment. He has a good sense of humor, joked that I should tell the staff that I'm a day 3er. I would LOVE to talk to the staff but the last three times that I left messages on the after hours machine I NEVER received a call back. So I will try one more time but I may need to go somewhere else. Disappointing.
