Do not subject your wellbeing to these hacks
Harbors standards have declined massively in recent years. If you need to call them for any reason, be prepared to be meet with harmful myopic rebuttals from inexperienced and unprofessional receptionists. If you have an issue with your medication no matter how big or small, don’t expect to be able to speak to an actual doctor. You’ll have to explain yourself to the front office staff whom have no knowledge or experience with mental health or medication. They will then say, the only way to address the problem with your medication is to make an appointment. If you see a nurse practitioner or physician assistant you should be advised that they have zero power or autonomy over your care. Your RX will be at the mercy of a psychiatrist who you have never met. I have prescription bottles with names of prescribers that I have never seen. They are reckless and do not care about the side effects of the medications they prescribe. They have no accountability or genuine care for their patients

No Compassion
I was a long time (four years) patient of Harbor Psychiatry, and they dropped me as a client and refuse to retake me for arbitrary reasons, despite me being in a crisis stage with my mental health. As I entered a tumultuous period, with a new job and traumatic personal life issues, my schedule became hectic and unpredictable, a fact that I regularly informed my therapists of during sessions. And what does Harbor Psychiatry do when I'm in this crisis? Drops me as a client as I accidentally missed two appointments (not even back-to-back) due to me adjusting to a hectic and atypical work schedule, and being suddenly unavailable for various reasons. Despite me informing Harbor Psychiatry, they continue to refuse to take me as a patient again, and even with years of work and progress with their doctors, and knowing I was in crisis, they left me in a desperate position with no compassion or actual concern.

Ineptitude to the max. Gave me med that caused high BP and extreme restlessness, they did not check if this med would interact badly with current meds, nor did they check what health conditions I have that could be make worse with this med.

This company is only in it for the money. They only want you to spend money on genetic testing and their ketamine clinic. I saw a provider here for about three months and each time I had a concern with my medication she had to put me on hold to ask the clinical director as to what should be prescribed, she couldn't make her own decisions about my care. I was told to up my dose of viibryd even though it was not working, so i get the prescription to go from 20 to 40 mg. After a few weeks I indicated I was unhappy and it wasn't working. I had night sweats, nightmares, nocturia. When I told my provider what was happening, she again had to ask her director (while I waited on hold on our zoom meeting) and the director told her I should lower the dose but stay on the medication. I asked for another suggestion, and what I was told was that it would be best for me to spend money and do genetic testing, and that I would possibly do better with ketamine. When I stated I can't believe this was the
