These ladies KNOW what they are talking about when they see a medical concern they make sure every patient knows the concern as well and they get the problem taken care of. Facts: The office staff are excellent about calling with appointment reminders ahead of time, sending notices via text and email and even staying on op of some insurance items. NP Karen and Dr. Jensen are excellent about addressing a wide variety of gynecological and general health issues during the visit, calling for follow-ups with concerns and red flags and even spending extra time answering questions during or after an appointment. I think it just takes a few visits to understand their approach and even their personalities, but in time you realize the great level of care NP Karen and Dr. Jensen provide. They have DECADES of experience in practice and it shows.
