I wish I could give them 0 stars!!! I called to set up and appointment with Dr. Sharp which was over 3 weeks out. At the advice of my PCP, and my symptoms he told me to call back and see if I could get the appointment moved up since he felt like it was an emergency. I did and they moved it up 13 days. 1 day before my appointment they called and CANCELLED on me. I called to see if I could get it rescheduled but they would only give me my original time so I had to wait 13 more days. Fast forward 13 days, they called the day before my appointment and CANCELLED AGAIN. I called to find out why and the person that answered my call was rushed, didn't want to talk and said she would call me back. She NEVER called back. Now I am left with a serious condition and have to find another doctor and the waits are 4-6 weeks out. This is a flagrant disregard for their patients medical needs and could result in a serious condition getting worse. Absolutely wouldn't recommend them, ever!!!
