First of all my Doctor was excellent! I have a complaint about the pharmacy. My eyes are burning and I need relief fast. I ask the pharmacy tech and she says it has to be mailed to me. I said it is needed now, and I was told I can get the medicine now. She said I have to come back in an hour. This is a prepackaged medication sitting on a shelf. She ignores that fact and so I come back in an hour. She's gone, the new tech said she was having it mailed to me. I explained the previous conversation and he says I have to come back in 30 minutes. I said my eyes are burning why can't I get it now. He has no explanation and I have to wait another 30 minutes. The prepackaged medicine is just sitting on a shelf. If they had a condition and were suffering would they understand? But they didn't and they didn't care. These people should be replaced. Date of visit 10/28/21
