Awful. Rooms are unorganized, dirty and look more like storage rooms. I tried to get help for my mom who is having some short term memory issues and they turned her into the DMV and she will now lose her driver's license. She will effectively not be able to live alone anymore and she is perfectly capable as long as she can get herself around town to grocery shop and run general errands. She's never had an issue driving. They ruined her life and probably mine for the near future as I will now have to move here so I can live with her. If you care for your loved one - DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE! They will lie to you. I wish I had never tried to get my mom help here. Walking through their front door was literally the biggest mistake I've made in my life.

The other reviews are completely accurate. I’m not shocked to see how many there are. This place is absolute GARBAGE. Dr. Linane is a wonderful neurologist and I’m grateful for her care. The staff including the manager Lily are the most incompetent bunch of people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They don’t do their jobs at all. It consistently takes 20-30 minutes to get ahold of anyone. If that’s even possible. It took me two weeks of repeatedly calling and leaving messages to even get ahold of the manager. I was suppose to see my Neuro after 4 weeks. It will now be 3 months because they continue to delay my care. When I spoke to Lily the manager she was unapologetic and incredibly rude. She told me if I wasn’t happy then go somewhere else. I shouldn’t have to leave my neurologist because her and her staff refuse to do their jobs. This specialist is serious. This is my brain. I need continued care for my seizures. And they can’t be bothered to do their job.
