My medicine was not ordered and I would have to call a couple of times to have it renewed and then back with the pharmacy to make sure they received the prescription. Also my referral to a specialist was never called even though I called the office twice to see if the call had been made and it had not. I was billed for two visits even though they had been paid in full and when I contacted the office they said not to worry about it. Previously you could text the office regarding questions, but Sarah told me they were no longer accepting texts but she never called me to let me know so I did not talk to the office until the end of the week as I finally called. There were many other irresponsible client care situations but these are the latest. I found Dr. Knoble in auburn and came to see him and the client care with him was the best. I have permanently changed locations.
