Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Front
Dear Axis Health Management,I’m writing to file a complaint about an unpleasant experience I had at pleasanton clinic on October 8th. My mother and I arrived late for her 8:45 AM appointment due to traffic. When we approached the front desk, the receptionist—a young woman with long hair—spoke softly, and I couldn’t hear her. After I asked her to repeat, she glared at me and said, “Do you not have a birthdate?” in a rude manner.This behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I mentioned the incident to the doctor’s assistant, who said she would inform the manager, but I didn’t have the chance to speak to them.My parents have been patients at Axis Health for over ten years, and this was the first time we’ve encountered such poor service. I hope you will address this matter to improve your front desk service.
