I was not told that my Dr. was running an hour late when I checked in or I would have rescheduled. I heard reception do group announcements that other Dr.s were running an hour late. So it seems this is their way of doing business but I am pretty sure they would not have seen me if I were an hour late, and would have expected to be compensated. When I was finally seen I was met with entitlement, arrogance, and condescension.
