First of all, most days they can’t be bothered to answer the phone. Then once you can get through to make an appt, they don’t have their computers send out appt confirmation until 3 days prior to your appt. That’s stupid and inconsiderate of the patient’s time. Meantime I am getting daily advertising spam to get cosmetic procedures done. If they can have their computers do that, then they can send the Patient form link and appt reminders right away. I had my appt with a PA today, and the whole experience left a bad taste, from the blaring electronic dance music in lobby and exam room, to them saying they wouldn’t proceed with the bloody exam before i signed blanket discharge instructions before I even met with the PA. PA is not a doctor, yet he acts as though she has microscopic vision, giving a diagnosis of the skin lesions and saying they are benign, and then not wanting to remove them! Nurse also misrepresented my problems.i corrected the form, she said had nothing to do with me!

The staff are all very nice and knowledgeable. I've been three times and I'd say they are pretty much right on time. They allow me time to ask questions.

They worked with me to get me in within 24 hours and were very informative about insurance coverage

My provider made me wait an hour for my appt. Only said the last person wanted more done…. Isn’t that why you make an appt? I was not happyThe price has gone up 40% since the same procedure was done 3 yrs agoNot justified in my eyes
