I first saw Dr. Wick M.D. in Nov. 2021. Unimpressed with no eye contact and a 5 minute intake, I gave up. Very recently I noticed another M.D. at the same practice, made an appointment 3 months hence and just recently discovered that I was booked with the incorrect Dr. 'P'. I called the correct Dr. P and was greeted with hostility alleging I was (sic) 'doctor shopping.) I had only seen Dr Wick ONCE over 3 years ago, No ember 2021. She grudgingly told me that Dr. P would decide if he would see me after checking my file. I said that I hoped our interaction would not prejudice his decision. She reacted defensively repeating with aggravated emphasis that the doctor would examine the file. Welcome to EMC contract providers LLC!

In spring of 2022 I had pace maker installed. At once I was accused that I did something wrong, while in the hospital to disconnect the lead wire, by my surgeon Dr. Andrew Rubin. I had to return to fix the ineffective installation. In October 2022, very weak I went to emergency ICU at NYU Langone. I suspected medication needed to be tweaked. After one week of intensive tests and observation, I was told by the cardiology team my pace maker was put in, “all wrong”. “Ineffective, two extra wires in my chest”. I never suspected the METRONIC device was put in incorrectly. Today, I’m in intense pain, weak, and awaiting from NYU Langone what to do. I’ve notified Eisenhower. As of today however, there is no response. My heart is weak. Janet, a nurse called from Eisenhower, checking on my metronic device. I relayed all this information to her. She’d pass it on, although they would YELL at her. Yelling and screaming at one does not change the facts, or documented details.
