Dr. Fink was incredibly helpful and professional. There’s nothing I’d love more than to establish a relationship with a PCP, however insurance makes that increasingly difficult. When I saw her, I got a referral to see a specialist. Referral kept being sent to offices that weren’t in my network. I’ve called her office SO many times. After months of standby with this referral, Fink herself signed into a different contract. Basically I’m out of luck and have to wait a million more months to receive the care I need. Her staff member that I spoke with was not only condescending but jaded. It’s really disappointing to see people in healthcare who have no regard for people. More alarmingly, patients wait months to see doctors and doctors will drop them at the drop of the hat. The healthcare system is disheartening.
