1st appt had to be with Jeffrey Hong NP for intake only to establish primary care. Return visits with Dr Azam were never available. Oct 8th 2024 was my last straw with the NP. He's worse than an automated robot, stares at his laptop, demands yes-no answers only, don't elaborate 'additional issues require a separate appointment'. I was ill, he offered vaccines. (I'm up to date on all, he suggested boosters) I was frustrated and crying when my 10 minutes were up, Lupita (office mgr) assured me I was not the only patient with this opinion of Jeffrey and she'd speak with Dr Azam regarding my next appointment, then 'get back to me that afternoon'.Four months has gone by, I called to make an appt today and was told that I was no longer a patient there. I did not receive a phonecall, an email, not even snail mail, informing me of this. Physicians are required to give patients 30 days notice of any change in their ability or availability to provide future care. 0 stars, do not recommend
